Jean-Philipe Rozé, Manitou Group- Business Development
Jean-Philippe Rozé serves as the Business Development Manager for Manitou Group, a manufacturer specialized in handling, lifting and earthmoving equipment for agriculture, construction and industry. Holding an Executive MBA from EMLyon and bringing two decades of engineering expertise, Jean-Philippe's leadership in integrating AI in agriculture and his strategic product innovations have significantly enhanced business growth and sustainability. He will discuss leveraging sustainability as a strategic advantage at Euronetworking 2024.
Peter Hynes, SYNERGY-RE and Open Arms Assisted Living- President
Peter Hynes is President of SYNERGY-RE and Open Arms Assisted Living based in Denver, Colorado. Peter started an early form of Synergy back in 2001. Synergy is focused on the commercial/institutional markets and specializes in the repurposing of faith-based and education properties. Synergy is the development partner for Open Arms Assisted Living. Open Arms is the repurposing of a vacant Lutheran elementary school into assisted living. Peter is a licensed architect in Colorado and Wyoming, a member of the American Institute of Architects, certified by the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards, a licensed Class-A General Contractor, and licensed assisted living administrator.
PETER HYNES, AIA, NCARB, ICC-A Peter started his entrepreneurial journey with a company called Industry DraŌing, Inc. This company evolved into Urbitecture providing architecture and project management. Since then, Urbitecture has won design awards and completed numerous building projects around the country. Urbitecture focuses on the adaptive reuse of buildings for the healthcare, religious, and commercial market sectors. Peter has directed several non-profit organizations as Chairman, Vice-Chair, Secretary, or Treasurer. Organizations include Open Arms Assisted Living (Medicaid and VA provider), Colorado Total Smiles Dentistry (Medicaid and CHP provider), Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation (affordable housing finance), City Park Jazz (entertainment), Denver COP Shops (public safety), and the Osage Mercado (economic development). He is also a graduate of Impact Denver, the Transit Alliance, and the Denver Community Leadership Forum. Peter is originally from Morristown, NJ and holds master’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Design and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design, all from the University of Colorado.
When not working, Peter spends his time with his wife and daughter, performing traditional Latvian dances, gardening, attending Rapids games, and serving the community. Greatly valuing lifelong education, Peter is often found enrolled in a new class, studying real estate development best practices, or learning new finance programs.
