Join the GACC-CO in cooking some German delicacies!
The GACC-CO is hosting a German Cooking class at Create Cooking School for the final stop on our Summer Agri-Tech Tour. We will be cooking three different German dishes over the course of this three hour cooking class, starting with Kartoffelpuffer - potato and onion pancakes topped with warm apple compote. The main dish we cook will be a classic veal Jaeger schnitzel with wild mushroom sauce and a side of spaetzle and asparagus. For dessert, we will make apple strudel topped with vanilla icecream.
Be prepared for a fun and delicious evening as we get a hands on food experience before our German American Agri-Tech Symposium in September!
