How to reach the event location

Enter through the hotel's front entrance and take the stairs or elevator to the Plaza Level. The registration table is at the top of the stairs, and Ballroom BC is to the left. Signs and electronic boards will display your group name and location, and the Front Desk team is available to assist if needed.

Parking Information

Valet Parking

The Blackwell Inn offers convenient valet parking for all hotel guests and meeting/event attendees. Our valet parking service, which allows in-and-out privileges, is $35 per evening; it is not included in the nightly rate, unless otherwise specified. Day use valet parking is $20. Valet parking for special events starts at $50 per day. 2110 patrons may valet park with us complimentary unless it is a special event or otherwise specified upon arrival. 

Self-Parking

Self-parking is available in the Lane Avenue Parking Garage adjacent to the hotel. This is not a hotel-operated garage, and fees must be paid directly to the garage via electronic cashier each time a vehicle departs the structure. Note that there are no in-and-out privileges available for those self-parking; you simply pay each time you exit. The rates for the Lane Avenue Parking Garage are based on a 24-hour clock which resets daily at midnight. Note that the garage operator reserves the right to charge more for special events with limited or no notice to The Blackwell Inn.
